About David N. Frazier

I have an extensive background in the financial services industry, having invested, speculated, and traded in the financial markets for more than 30 years.

In addition to working as a business analyst, merchant banking analyst, and equity research analyst, I have worked in sales and marketing at institutional investment firms, including William O’Neil & Co. (publisher of Investor’s Business Daily) and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

I have also operated my own investment consulting firm, where I provided research and analytical services to Dan Sullivan’s The Chartist, Leeb Capital Group, Meeder Investment Management, and The Flex-funds family of mutual funds.

From September 2007 to January 2012, I wrote a successful investment newsletter, during which time my Conservative Model Portfolio outperformed the S&P 500 Total Return Index by 27.9%.

I now operate an investment research firm that offers financial market research and analytical services to registered investment advisors (RIAs) and high net-worth individual investors.

I hold a bachelor of science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, with a major in finance and a minor in economics. I have taken numerous post-graduate courses in finance and accounting at Harvard and the UCLA. I have also passed the FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 65 (Investment Advisor) exams.

I live in Jupiter, Florida with my wife and daughter. In my spare time, I enjoysbaseball, boxing, and tennis, and practice Shaolin Kempo Karate.
